Shipping Policy

Digital Products

All digital products (PDFs, worksheets, and workbooks) are available for immediate download after payment is confirmed. No physical shipping is required. You will receive a download link via email upon successful purchase.

Physical Products

For physical orders, we ship within South Africa. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and dispatch. Delivery times vary by location:

• Major centres: 2–4 business days
• Regional/rural areas: 5–7 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

We currently do not offer international shipping for physical products. If you have a specific enquiry, please contact us at ronella14@icloud.com

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
