Return and Refund Policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads (PDFs, worksheets, and workbooks), all sales are final once the download link has been accessed. We do not offer refunds on digital products unless the file is corrupted or inaccessible.

If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at [your email address] and we will resolve it promptly.

Physical Products

If you are not satisfied with a physical product, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

To initiate a return, please contact us at ronella14@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once a digital download has been accessed or a physical order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
